Interpretation (1 Month)

Love
Love will be taking a back seat this month, as the couple find some time and space of their own for reflection and contemplation. Here is the person(s) who enjoys solitude and distance, and are quite at home with their own company. The Hermit seeks inner direction in complete aloneness, and searches for truths in the darkest of nights, with only his lantern to guide him. Trust that when he finally returns to the world, he will have the answers he was looking for. Quite often this card denotes the single person, who is happy living independently.
It may just be that the honeymoon period is finally over in a relationship, as they readjust their focus back onto the real world again (instead of at each other). On looking at the other cards in the reading, a current romance may have been somewhat overshadowed by the high energy and enthusiasm depicted by the Four of Wands in the current work environment. It will be helpful to be mindful of the needs of others at this time, and not neglect them whilst being caught up in the enthusiasm and excitement at work. A very individual person is indicated when the Hermit is coupled with The Star, here we have someone with the ability to be uniquely creative during bouts of reclusive solitude, with the ability to use art (music, writing, poetry, painting etc) to be self expressive. Maybe this need for solitude could be misconstrued by the partner as disinterest or indifference, and therefore needs to be acknowledged and talked about before it can create discord within the union.
A conscious choice to step back and evaluate a relationship, and the direction it is currently taking, will eventually lead to an important decision. After a period of introspection, it may be felt that elements of boredom have crept into the once happy picture, leaving questions of where to go next with the union. After some good introspective soul searching, the couple may be willing to work things out, or may decide to amicably go their own separate ways. Such is the wisdom of The Hermit.

Work
This card is a cause for celebration, and the harbinger of warmth, prosperity and achievement. Completion of the initial stages of a venture, or attainment of a long sought after goal is depicted by the Four of Wands., as one finally get to relax and celebrate their successes. A truly joyous moment occurs, that could not have been predicted. There will be much rejoicing at a happy event, and the opening to new possibilities will bring excitement, and leave those involved bubbling over with delight and enthusiasm.
The card speaks (to me) of permanence, structure and commitment, and when found in love readings, it can often foretell a marriage proposal or a move to a new house with a large garden, in a countryside location. In a work reading it can signify a new exciting job offer or a totally novel work environment where the fellow colleagues are friendly and supportive. An offer or opportunity may seem too good to be true, and may involve a move to a new city or across town, and will entail more responsibility and more money. The card advises that one should grasp the nettle with both hands. The company will be stable and successful, and offer opportunities for steady progression and advancement. Although a lot of hard work will be involved, recognition and acclaim will come from their efforts.
This is a new path to their future, and a step in the right direction - towards more security and job satisfaction. Welcome the changes that are coming now, because it is the beginnings of a whole new chapter that will propel them down the road to a wonderful future.

Money
This bright and shining card is a welcome sign of hope and good fortune in any reading - wishes are about to come true. The Star brings renewed hope and faith, and a sense that they are truly blessed by the universe at this time. Renewed self esteem and increased trust in others is indicated. They will become aware of how successful and respected they are. Good news concerning finances is forthcoming, and the hard times of the past are slowly slipping away under the influence of this card. There will be an improved quality of life, as well as improvements in finances and health.
A casual inspiration could become a profitable venture. Now is a good time to make investments in a business idea, but within reason, as The Star signifies finances moving in a much more productive direction. A feeling of being inspired, and regaining motivation, bring a renewal of confidence, and an opportunity to put any current financial issues well and truly in the past. An idea for a promising business venture will unexpectedly turn into a fantastic money spinning goldmine, bringing bigger returns than anticipated, and providing enough money to expand and grow. Any venture related to the arts (music, writing, poetry, painting etc) will prove both lucrative and enjoyable.
The presence of the Four of Wands in the reading only seeks to confirm that there is a golden opportunity on the horizon, that will usher in a more positive financial phase. There will be no more worrying about money for the time being, as a period of serenity and peace of mind will ensue. There is the possibility of a windfall, or money coming from an unexpected source. Money wishes will be granted - expect a gift from the universe.
