A client of mine is currently waiting on news of an impending house move, and after almost securing a property, only for it to fall through, she is now feeling disheartened, and in need of guidance. After 18 months of living in her friend's spare room, with her teenage son sleeping in the living room, she is looking forward to having a place of her own.
