Ungrateful Or Unfulfilled?

I find myself wondering (quite often), if it possible to love someone whose total life seems to be the opposite of mine? ... I feel like the whole situation is going to blow up in my face at any moment.
I have a couple of days of my own space now, by Friday, I will be missing him again! .. but after four long days of being on top of each other, I was relieved to see him go tonight!
We don't have the same sense of humour - we don't like the same kinds of music - we watch totally different TV programmes and movies - we eat different types of food .. all of this a huge red flag for me.
In contrast to this - he is a very kind, honest person who genuinely cares about me, and would give me the stars if I asked him for them! Am I expecting too much? or is this underlying feeling of boredom I feel a sign of the beginning of the end?
I pulled two cards, the first for guidance, the second for a likely outcome ...........
Card One - Guidance

Four of Cups
The boredom and sense of apathy currently being felt is clearly seen in the Four of Cups. It says that there is a need to look deep within ourselves to find the answers we seek. This is a time when we just want to be alone with ourselves and our thoughts. We are in another world and hard to reach but for the moment that is what we prefer. If we wish to experience emotional fulfillment, we must re-evaluate things. We have become bored and in need of motivation. We are not making any effort because we have become dissatisfied with our achievements and the things of this world. But we must be patient, as better times are on the way to us now. This will entail some work on our behalf, but it will be well worth the effort.
Quite frankly, we're bored in our romantic relationship. The spark of love just isn’t there anymore. We need something brand new and stimulating in our life to re-awaken our interest and desire in each other. We are closed off to new options that may assist us, and clinging to the old way of doing things., it's time for a fresh approach and a little novelty to liven things up a little!
Card Two - Outcome

Three of Cups
A new dynamic is about to enter the relationship, bringing something to celebrate in the near future. The Three of Cups foretells a party atmosphere, people drinking and laughing together. There is definitely some kind of good news on the way! This card could signify the impending festive season, and sincerely promises that a good time will be had by all! (especially in the company of others). Three of Cups is the number one card for celebration, going out for drinks with friends, having a good time and being part of a fun social circle.
This union that is being pondered over is not in any real danger, and the card above tells of a rocky patch that will pass over very soon, to make way for something more exciting - foretold in the Three of Cups! We have allowed things to become stagnant and boring, but nothing that a night out on the tiles with friends won't put right! Whatever good news we receive will pull us back together in a positive way, and there will be much rejoicing and happiness ahead!
I pulled an additional card, The Sun for more further clarification on the outcome ....

The Sun
This card says 'Have Some Fun Together!!' - it is about temporarily cutting loose from responsibilities and restrictions, and being uninhibitedly lost in the moment. It brings illumination and warmth into our relationships with others. And promises success and attainment in all undertakings. It is a jubilant, punch-the-air moment, where we will shout 'Yes!' in triumph. Something wonderful is about to happen, changing things forever. We will be more than happy with what we have accomplished, and will feel fortunate, even lucky, after the positive events to come.
The Sun breathes life into the apathetic Four of Cups, it draws us out of our comfort zone, and gets life moving once again. There will be a complete turnaround of events in the coming weeks, as life takes a more positive turn. We will be enjoying our free time together, putting our glad rags on and letting our hair down, because we will be attending a celebration of some kind, where there will be lots of people you know and some you may not have seen for a long time. It combines beautifully with the Three of Cups, confirming the arrival of some very good news. There will be a party or a gathering, which will bring lasting happiness and contentment.
