Many creative seeds have been planted in the past, decisions were made purely on intuition, and these will now serve a purpose in our future. It brings an opportunity to revisit a past event or situation where we were passionate and creative in career matters. Perhaps we decided to strike out on our own, start from scratch with a great idea and work for ourselves. There was plenty of inspiration and enthusiasm, a new beginning that would take us in a new direction.

There is a shortage of support indicated by this card, and an unmotivated, lacklustre energy prevails. We feel like we are doing all of the giving, and there is a definite imbalance in our lives, someone may be trying to take advantage of us, we must avoid anything where there may be strings attached. We are not seeing many returns for our efforts, and feel like all our hard work has been for nothing. There is stinginess and an unwillingness to pay the full price for something.

The Future - Ten of Swords (Reversed)

This card is a welcome relief after a time of great turmoil. There is a light at the end of the tunnel after all. It can bring eventual release from negative thinking. We may be vindicated for past wrongs and an apology is forthcoming from those who judged us too harshly. Release will not be instantaneous, but it will be enough of a lightening to allow us to have hope once more. We no longer feel alone, as others come forward to help us. The worst is behind us, the bright sky now more evidently signals recovery and a fresh start as the darkness recedes. We have survived and the worst is now over! A business slowly starts to recover as we find new ways and new attitudes to replace the old.

A choice will be presented to us, we are being advised to embark on a course of action which will harmonize what we want with what is currently possible. Someone is the surrounding area may not be behaving with honesty or integrity, and this may become an issue in a close relationship. Whether it be incompatibility or a third person in the background of this relationship, the overall negativity could be hindering future career decisions, and impacting our overall state of well being and self esteem.

Obstacles - Temperance

There is a need for balance in our working life, at the moment it is very stop-start. There needs to be a more flowing approach to career endeavours. Our goal is reachable but we must exercise patience and especially seek out activities, people or places that promote equanimity. We need to stand strong in the face of adversity, and look for passive ways to resolve any issues that may arise.

Something you wish for will come true. If we stay focused on our goals, we will find ourself getting everything we’ve been working towards. An apology is forthcoming, especially from those who have recently stabbed us in the back. We must beware of being too smug and accept it gracefully. Life is certainly looking good, and it would be a shame to spoil it by having concerns about the pettiness and jealousy of other people's opinions. Happiness surrounds us, and things couldn’t be going better for us in work at the moment. Everything just seems to be flowing smoothly and work is a joy. Our work emotionally fulfills us. We feel incredibly lucky. Whatever dreams we had for our Business have been realised and we are feeling quite smug with our lot. Our business may receive an award or be singled out for showcasing.
