It can signify feeling apathy toward the various areas of your life and just not giving things your best efforts. Everything just seems lacklustre and there is no motivation or growth. This Minor Arcana card can also indicate delays caused by conflict within a team or a lack of team spirit.
Maybe you are at a point in your career where you need support, but you don't really know where to find it! There is a lack of cohesion and harmony. There may be dissention in the ranks, with a work team or any group collaborating on a given project.
